Life of Tolu Arogunmati

What an experience!

For my birthday this year, I decided to be intentional about my choices in life. I decided that is time I actually happen to my life than let things happens to me. So on that note, I was looking for something to do for my birthday and a thought, more like a question popped into me;

Why don't you just jump off a plane?

A PLANE?? If I was in Africa now, I will bring out my 'christianese' and start binding and casting the devil. I would say, don't tempt the Lord your God, even Jesus did not agree to jump from a mountain, it's now me that will enter a plane and jump down. Please, I'm the first born of my mother. Jesus already died for me, I cannot come and die again.

The more I thought about it, the more I thought;

What is really holding me back? What am I really trying to be intentional about? Is there something here I should learn?

If you know me; I'm the one to discover, try out new experiences; I feel it is better to regret something you've done than what you didn't even try.

On that note;

I looked into the closest skydiving area to me and boy was that quick.

There is this place in Gatineau about 30 minutes away. They are great people and keep you calm through out. So now that I no longer had a reason not to go, I signed myself up and put the money down. This way, I was committed to it and could not back out.

In light of the experience, I have also decided to make videos out of major events like these because pictures do enough justice to the experience of it all.

So without further ado, I present the trailer for AGBADA DIARIES

All my crazy events will go on youtube in each log of the series, it will follow the same concept and structure of my blog here, unscheduled but consistent enough in the events of my life. I think it would be a lot of fun keep track of the crazy roller coaster that is my life and my path to self discovery. I don't plan to make each entry long too, I just want to be able to look back one day and relive some of my crazy moments.

FYI - This is me on the ground afterwards, shoutout to my Mom of course.
