Recently, I had to go fix a rust bubble that had developed on the trunk of my first car, Luna. I paid handsomely for a rust prevention module to prevent this FYI. While Luna was in the shop, I was provided the choice of a rental car to use while I wait for Luna to literally be whipped back into shape. Gladly the rental and fix for the rust would be at no cost to me since my warranty covered this.

One Google search away from Greatness
Once the aroma began to make my mouth water, I had to start getting my pounded yam ready. There was no way I could exercise patience this close to what I thought could potentially be greatness in my own kitchen. The whole time I was just ready to taste the goodness of God. Don't let me wait if I don't have to please.

Snowboarding while black
So if by now you haven't noticed, I grew up in Lagos, Nigeria, where you don't think of snow. There was once a Nokia phone with a snowboarding game but that's about as much exposure as I had previously had to snow. Now that I live in Canada though, it is either embrace or despise it. It had taken too long for me to get into winter sports but this weekend I decided it was time, after all better late than never.
Lagos Nostalgia - The drive through.
Lagos 1 - 0 Tolu
I wrote this post upon arriving at Muritala Muhammed Airport Lagos but did not post since I was "data-less". It then fell to the abyss of my drafts from which it is now rescued.
As I write this, I am waiting in the airport an unknown amount of time for my parents to beat the traffic and get me. I think I've been here 20,30 minutes maybe and I'm yet to be excited by this Lagos atmosphere. That is not to say I'm not happy to be back, I'm just not jittery with excitement quite yet.
New Year, New Adventures
I can't believe it has been over a month since I last put up a post. I took a self-imposed sabbatical from my social media presence to catch up on the projects I had at work before going on vacation. Now that I have been able to successfully catch up and keep pace with my workload, my other interests are slowly picking up again.
